I dont know if this was a screw up on the rental companies part or the tenant, I am inclined to believe the rental company because they also screwed up fixing the things found on move in.

My inclination is to think that if they left the toilet running because they couldn't bother to listen for the sound of running water then I shouldn't be responsible for the bill increase.

On the price, it's technically slated to be zoned for 2 units, so I think a more adventurous developer might be inclined to pay around 300, but not sure.

In theory it probably works at $20k each unit but you should understand the full repairs needed and planned for each unit.Redirecting funds from subject to B,C & D makes me inclined to want to cross collateralize the other 3 as well.
