It is a fine distinction, but it depends on the type of closing you have.Final Word of Advice...No matter what, keep in mind that your Broker is the one who has to ultimately keep the lights on.. pay the Errors and Omissions Insurance, the staff, the Internet,  and other things to keep a brokerage open and functional. 

Contact the staff to acquire the leads you want within there unique system. 

Without staff support, the zone hearings could be a bit difficult to get approval.

3.What is the structure of the personnel in your organization and what type of support staff do you offer the actual Property Manger?

The only roadblock you may face is that the staff at a bank or brokerage firm you talk to may not be familiar with the self directed 401k setup and may have additional questions.

I would ask a title company near you if they have an attorney on staff.  

Lots of investilors and support staff will help you with any questions.
