Nobody on here is likely interested in investing in a small village in Southern Spain as it would make no sense but there are loads of Americans investing in the Costa del Sol so it's important to focus on what matters to the community if we want to help and make sure we don't discourage them with involuntarily misleading statement.In comparison, Southern Italy has none of that, expect for the little Amalfi Coast at a very small scale.

Investors often obsess over how to defer tax obligations and ultimately make poor investments due to being hyper focused on taxes.

My only remark to make is really focus on quality locations next time.

For the most part vs focusing on a specific neighborhood or two I would say keep you options open to all.

I think if anyone chose to focus on inbound crews and create parking like you said, as well as crew amenities (large dining areas, etc), they would be booked year-round and in-demand.
