Hi everyone I'm new to the Dallas County investment scene

I'm sure there are a lot of serious investors here in BP with experience who would gladly help with mapping the area to know which neighborhoods match the strategy.

I focused on two main strategies- Fix and Flip and BRRRR

so cash flow and appreciation need to work together.
