It could use some flowers and some outside 'sprucing' up. $1600 is with Taxes(5000/year) and insurance (1200/year).Taxes do seem high, but the thing that is appealing about this place is that it is in a very nice neighborhood.

Don't forget to setup Keyword Alerts for your target area, such as "Flower Mound", to get connected with anyone mentioning them in the forums. 

Schedule an open house market and use light staging flowers curtains bath towels to help get it rented quick and be sure you are priced right.

ect ect TALK to you county commisioner and/or one of the zoning heads about your intents (talk them to lunch, visit thier office, give them flowers lol, just anything to get the county on your side)2.

Anyway, add some colorful plants/flowers in the landscaping bed by the front of the house.

Little Flower is interesting, but the entire area around Sherman Dr is deteriorating and starting to cause issues in and around the Little Flower area.
