My name is Brandon and I'm new to the BP forums.   I've been listening to the BP podcasts for about 6 months now and decided its time to join the community.  I recently joined a partnership and we just landed our first deal in Dallas, TX.  Its exciting to see what is happening in Dallas right now and it looks like there is a strong Dallas/DFW presence in the BP community.

I'm really excited about the future and meeting some great people here on the forums.  I have a mortgage finance background and will use that as my contribution to the community until I have more RE transaction experience.  I have some great connections to 203k underwriters and I could easily find answers to any 203k related questions.

Thanks again,

Brandon
