If it's big/commercial and everything's flowing through the A/E channels it may be hard to insert yourself in all that.  

The price was great, but I found it a nerve-wracking process the first time because it is so different to purchasing through the traditional channel. 

If that would happen then you might need the money to feed your family until you get back on your feet.

Certain buyers on the last down cycle in 2008,2009 did this rather than breaking even or feeding money with losses each month on a property waiting for the market to come back many years later.   

Their would be no dryer option with the cold water feeding both hot and cold tap on the hookup due to I have to foot the water bill and would be specified in the lease.
