Hey everyone, I am new to Real Estate investing. I have years experience in Construction. Familiar in running numbers on Spec builds and getting the most value for clients in lot purchses and second home builds. I also trade stocks (day trade and swing small caps) so my risk tolerance is quite high. Bigger Pockets books and Podcasts pushed me towards joining this platform. Theres alot of negative feed back online about Bigger Pockets platform. I am disregarding that and doing my own research. Looking forward to contributing!
