Environmental companies can perform an assessment called and ESA or "Desktop Review" its a historical record search that ties into a number of databases that will know the history of that tank if their is one, who put it in, and if it is still deemed "hazardous or dangerous" to the public.My company is an environmental firm that handles these types of issues in the commercial and residential real estate industry.

If you can't figure out how to make an investor map via Google Maps or at least do it on a computer (or hire someone to do it for you if this is beyond your skillset), I don't think I'd trust you with my money.

I enjoy flipping different items (computers, cameras, shoes, tickets to name a few) and providing drone services as a way to earn some extra income.I have little to no experience in real estate but after digesting many podcasts (how I heard of bigger pockets) and books post-graduation I definitely think it is something I need to learn about to start building wealth long-term.
