Lower entry point to the market and the market met my criteria: diverse private-sector economic opportunity, military presence, millennial growth / presence.

However, this town may be too small to have much of an investment / investor presence.

There is also a solid military, and veteran presence in Wilmington, so VA is seen here time to time. 

Yes there are several hospitals in the Chesapeake area, and there is also a huge military presence as the world's largest naval base, so lots of need for transient housing.

I am in the Boone, Blowing Rock area and we have definitely been seeing an uptick of visitors and Airbnb's- especially since 2020.The Boone TDA rebranded as Explore Boone to try to have a bigger presence and I think they have been trying to expand on the tourism and travel to reach other more urban cities in NC.

I'm not saying that anyone deserves poverty, and who knows what extraordinary challenges an individual might have faced in their lifetime, but in the U.S. poverty often represents the summation of an individual lifetime of choices and is does not always reflect the presence of insurmountable obstacles.This decision is yours to make because you have sacrificed to put yourself in the position that you have.

Also you gotta add some sort of presence to the front of the house instead of just a single bulb.

Most companies have a parent company with a presence, but then each property is in it's own LLC and becomes harder to find with a quick data search. 

On the positive side: Richmond has a very diverse job market and is home to a growing millennial presence.  

If the purpose of being a Brokerage is to save money on your own transactions, you will need a lot of transactions to cost justify it.Your personal presence is based on having a Brokerage and a Closing Agent who understand doing business with Investors.
