Your very first comment out of the gate toward me put me on the defensive as you finger wagged at me like a child and accused me of illegal activity. 

However, it is my understanding that funneling funds from one child LLC to another as you suggest (even under the umbrella of a parent holding company) would still be seen as co-mingling. 

I have had families raise their children from infant to child old enough to move out. 

Maybe the mom is leaving because she can get a place and the child can't. 

I indicated my interest in real estate ever since I was a child drafting floor plans and my father and step mother were RE agents for a while.

Long story short, got married and had a child, oops.

Also, a side note, the education their child has received has been sub-par due to at home and hybrid classes.

I had Tourettes as a child, not that this really matters, I guess.

I paid my wives about 4 times what the courts awarded for alimony and child support.

Occasionally there is reasoning beyond the element of security from unwanted external sources coming inside, such as that of a child that may be prone to fleeing.
