If they don't re-up, can you re-purpose the building (eg burger places will almost always stay burger places),  You're prob paying more than FMV on $/SqFt since it is income-generating. 

Don't be discouraged most of the sign guys are newbie losers who bought a course and are just going through the motions so they can say it doesn't work and go back to the assistant manager job at Burger World.

They don't realize mold is what was growing on the block of cheese in their refrigerator; that mold is what makes bleu cheese look and taste the way it does; or, that we have antibiotics now because of bread mold.

Gold bars won't buy McDonald's Cheeseburgers, concert seats at the Bach fest, or a new air filter for your car--those require cold hard cash. 

Then the term started to get bandied about in the main stream but was confused with "cracker" ... now those on the outside think hackers are bad and crackers go under cheese :-P

Like, I could say in this thread how McD's cheeseburgers suck and you'd be all about Wendy's (because as you reason it, it's qualified, because I don't like it.)

The logic Andrew is presenting is naive at best or career threatening at worst.To have the big cheese at the company then draw into defending the company plus filling in the gaps implies the new employee has started out of the wrong foot.Clearly Andrew if not Blue Moon has taken a hit which did not need to happen.
