Time to go out and celebrate, right!?

I agree with everyone that says she needs to go.And she does.You will regret every minute if you decide otherwise.Start the New Year out right and give her notice so she can celebrate, she can get a renovated unit somewhere else. and you'll have months of clean up from dog urine, replacing sub floors and ozone treatments. let alone dumpster worth of unwanted trash. 

I like to take time to celebrate and reflect on a few wins.

Hilde M.Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, Happy Kwanzaa (not necessarily in that order) and everything else we celebrate 🍾.

But these new policies have seem too controversial for cities out of the core of Seattle, and haven't heard any talk of enacting them.

Well, you are the one who needs to recognize when you have accomplished something and take the time to celebrate it.

Only a few places like Celebration seem to be worth it.

When you do go out to celebrate your awesome deal and your bright future, get yourself a margarita and think "man I am glad that guy from bigger pockets gave this sweet advice."

I cannot say for certain as I am still trying to figure this out with my kids but I believe if you involve them and celebrate family successes that they will see the risk versus reward.
