I attended my first LLA meeting this month and I felt review of current state of affairs and a speaker or two on targeted topics was helpful. too many people for an intimate networking session but i'd like to see that too... maybe a quick around the room intro of your current state of REI affairs and what you want to get out of the meeting. but I am a newbie with a single REI and a new tenant literally moved in on that home yesterday!

Not many legislators are ready to fight for rent control in this current session, so it will likely also not get out of committee.

We have been focusing on North County area for the last two years (Florissant, Hazelwood, Black Jack, Spanish Lakes, and little bit in Dellwood and Castle Point.)

The deed is under my dads’ name and I did pay the first session of the property taxes which were 1600 I also paid for all the improvements on the house in 2019.

They have a free seminar and  a 3 day training session for a few hundred dollars.

I guess if you could watch the sessions over days like a webinar.

This will be a panel-type mastermind session
