Hello, My tenant recently informed me that the painted wall adjacent to the bathtub/shower wall has water damage to it and the paint is bubbling.

It has central heat and air, has a metal roof, an unfinished basement that gives the opportunity to add lots of value to the home or even convert it into a duplex, etc. but it has been obviously squatted in, the carpet is ruined, there are no appliances, bath tubs/showers, toilets, etc. in the house, will need some drywall work, and one room will have to be treated for mold.

So this means we have to now dig a footer into the basement in order to re-support these walls.Few...I think I'm in the clear...Haha...just kidding...wouldn't that be nice...The sub-floor in the bathroom has a soft spot in it...and what's this...there's no subfloor underneath the bathtub?

There was also cigarette butts in the exterior sliding window tracks where I used a toothbrush and a shop vac to get them out so the windows could work.They had plugged up the bathtub and the cockroaches were training for the swimming Olympics doing the backstroke and the butterfly.
