What seller's market we have! As a buyer's agent it's tough to get in and put together offers that top the competition but ever deal makes me better at what I do. Any tips on how to get better at negotiating?

I own properties in Massachusetts in Springfield, West Springfield, Holyoke, Chicopee and most of the homes are not worth much more than 40 years ago.

This usually takes place in Tysons Corner or Springfield and we usually are 20 or so.
