Hey everyone, This is my first forum, I have been a fan of the BiggerPockets podcasts and books, always filled with great information. I am a new Realtor. As a current investor myself, I started by house hacking, renting out 2 bedrooms that covered my mortgage and now I'm in the process of purchasing another buy and hold property.
