Good morning, I’m Mike Conrad. I live and work in the Springfield Missouri area. I have an amazing wife and three, soon to be four wonderful children. I’ve listened a little to the BP podcast and talked to a few people. There has been a common thread. That contractors are not usually great to their employees or their customers. I wanted to change that. I have been interested in real estate for a while and wanted to build a company that remodels flip houses and rentals for investors primarily. As I build that I plan on reinvesting into the company and building a rental portfolio and most likely flipping some houses along the way. I want to change the opinion that most have about contractors and build my real estate portfolio while I’m at it. Im thankful that there are so many awesome tools out there like this community to learn from and grow with! Nice to meet y’all!
