Just make sure to stick to the fundamentals!

The virtual nature of transactions right now will change agents' role a bit but the fundamentals that have kept agents in the game this long will continue. they won't be going anywhere for a while. 

Now we run an investment firm with apartment syndication and larger multifamily so if you do have any questions on fundamentals I'll assist as best as possible.

I want them to start understanding investing, real estate, and the fundamentals of financing/money.
