If you put offers on multiple listing, what are some strong ways of getting out of some deals that you do not want?

I have a better idea...get some integrity.  You're wasting everyone's time while you "play investor."  If you're not the real thing, no need to prove it over and over again. 

You're wasting other people's time.  That's not okay.
