And in our market you need cashiers check for the opening amount to be able to bid.. you have to qualify the funds IE present to the crier.. which is not a sherrif by the way its a for pay company many times they are PI companies .Anyway there were a little tribe of these guys in the PDX market that could pay a HML 300 bucks to get a opening bid check... then show up with no intention of buying only intention was to get lunch money. .which usually started at 1,000.. so they make 700 on the delta or more like you I have seen some pretty big payoffs..

The flip side of that is you are hard pressed to find a 1.5% deal in a decent neighborhood, but there are plenty of 1%ers.We have some of the best schools in the country, safest streets, diverse economy, lots of large and small employers and are not dominated by a single sector, which probably contributes to our stable prices (3M, Target, Honeywell, General Mills, Delta Airlines Etc.)
