Bathroom Fans in duplex
I recently purchased a duplex that does not have fans installed in the bathrooms, creating an issue with mold appearing. I was curious as to if any one has any fan/brand suggestions for good long term solution?
This is a buy and hold property. Thanks for your suggestions.

Panasonic has some of the quietest, buy one with a higher CFM and wire them to always stay on with lights
