I am 60 and just about to expand my investing from Australia into the USA.

Many dogs aren't given perfect care so they may bark but you will know if this is an issue at your particular unit (such as one with thin walls where you own the neighboring units). 2In different places, such as in Victoria, Australia, pets are increasingly recognized as members of the family and it will become illegal to be biased against applicants because of having them. 

@Chris Clothier  I first met Engelo on the property investors forum in Australia  about 5 years ago.. when he was famous for buying the least expensive home in all of Australia.We have been talking through the years and like you I am pleased to see him take the business seriously and at all cost protect his reputation and do the right thing for his clientele..

You'll like this story, especially if you have kids and are trying to teach them the business.We were contacted by a family, traveling from Australia, who had their Airbnb reservation cancelled just 2 weeks prior to their month long visit! 

Yeah, right now we are living nomadically, so currently that’s an Airbandb in Byron Bay Australia.

Hey Dom,Folks have and always will be scammed by turnkey providers.Folks have and always will fail when trying to do it all themselves.A few succeed and my fedora is off to them.Many other fail and then it's up to us to make a cake out of crap.I'm bias and think folks should buy turnkey.Then again, I personally wouldn't buy turnkey because I had no issues moving from Australia to Ohio and doing it all "myself."

Its actually kinda funny to me that you're on here, because after searching on the net shortly after starting this topic, I ran across your site and have been benefiting from you information ever since (well especially once i realized that you were in Melbourne, FL and not in Australia (lets just say i didn't read well)).
