Hello!  My name is Vanessa and I am from Melbourne, Australia.

I am a new investor both in the Australian and US residential property markets.  I am currently interested in Michigan, Detroit.

It is a hard market to do from another state.

Even harder to do from another country.

But the returns can be phenomenal.
