your average investor at least starting out cannot get a loan from a portfolio lender who lends to an LLC with a PG. they have to get a loan from a govmit backed lender.. and those are reported to fico..

Chris its not legal to recourse or PG a loan in an IRA.. so I suspect not.. if it is he has IRA trouble to boot.

If you do have recourse / PG that would allow the note buyer to check the borrower's credit to establish predicability that way as well.
