Finding House Hacking Deals (MD)
Hi everybody,
I'm 22 years old and extremely interested in investing in my first house hack in about a years time. I've been doing some research, but I wanted to tap into the collective wisdom of this forum to get some guidance on where and how to find good house hacking deals.
For those who have successfully house hacked or are experienced investors, I'd appreciate any insights you can share on the following:
- Locations: What are some promising locations in Maryland (PG, MoCo, AA, HoCo) that have proven to be conducive to finding house hacking opportunities? Are there specific cities or neighborhoods that you'd recommend?
- Finding Deals: Have you found house hacking deals on Zillow, Redfin, etc? If not, where else have you found your house hacking deals?
