From what I have tried to read from a non partisan site (tough to find nowadays) I believe the issue has been insurance companies lost billions in the past five years and the past 5-10 years have had the most costly fires ever.

Flat Fee MLS Brokers for sellers have been around for a long time, but Flat Fee Broker/Agents for buyers with a cash credit/rebate of the buyer agent commission are quite new and just starting to get some market share.

Could you please share this info for two categories.#1 Please share the best general coaching program that covers all the Real Estate Investment domains.#2 What about the best focused coaching program that covers Wholesaling.Also, is there a list where these REI coaching programs are listed and rated?
