Are there any book options that are for beginners that are mainly for rentals, without the get rich quick theme?

A CRT can be a good estate planning tool if your wedded to certain charities. 

If we have a draw inspection from the lender on a monday, the money is wired to me on tues, then back to the contractor on wed, so it should hit the contractors account by thurs.There's no way with that type of turn around there's no way guys should be walking off the job. 

From there, I would redirect the conversation to the theme that you can help advance their plans.

I can definitely see a theme here.  

Also- make sure you and her are on the same page in terms of what's reasonable for a wedding....you might end up with that 10k paying for a venue and food.

Anywhere in the Central Florida area is fine by me, it's all one big mess of roads and theme parks anyway.

This unit is in NJ near 5 wedding venues, so it gets a lot of wedding guest bookings and can sleep up to 10 people.

You guys are all right, the running theme I have been seeing is that first put in your time and learn the trade before jumping head first into pure investing.
