Westside/Woodside village seem to be being flipped from crummy old mill houses to nice modern homes.

Very convenient location, close to shopping, restaurants, Vista Village, schools, parks, beach an What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have a potential tenant that is in a Rapid Re-Housing program of Father Joe's Villages.

@Jaron Walling What you're seeing at 10th and Rural is the Educator's Village. 

Is the property in an urban village zoning?

I actually invested in Little Village!

I live in Valley Village, so we're not too far apart :). 

@Rehaan KhanCall your local township or Village they can't evict/remove them but they may be able to assist providing information regarding any senior programs the individual can qualify for.

Our subdivision is in the process of working a petition to take to the village, which will in-turn hire a company to shoot them at the expense of the village.

There are not many 3-4 units available these days, but Ideally, you want to be around Charles Village where $250 is not going to cut it, or areas like ashburton, dorchester or brooklyn might have  3-4 multi-units, but don't know if you want to be around there.
