Hello, I am looking into investing in the Greenville, SC area and am interested in which outlying bedroom communities are good for investment. I am open to either SFH or small MFH.

@Denzil Dwelle Downtown Greenville is the super hot area. Crappy neighborhoods downtown are now selling at over $200/sq ft. after rehab.

Surrounding areas: Greer, Taylors, Mauldin, Simpsonville, Piedmont
