Need to remove previous owner from foreclosed property tomorrow!

I bought a property at a foreclosure auction and have recorded the new deed on my name. I am familiar with the legal process on how to evict someone from your property but I plan to go to the property tomorrow and speak to the previous owner into leaving the premises willingly & could offer them help to move out. From my knowledge the previous owner has no family and no place to go and is an older disabled woman. How do I go about this? Any advice/suggestions would be great.

Find out what services are offered in the community for disabled elderly folks.  Is there a disabled group home she could join?  Is there assisted living facilities for disabled/elderly that are income based rates?

To make it work for her and to have a good conscience for yourself, try looking in the blue pages of an old paper phone book.  Or call 4-1-1 on your phone and discuss the options that are available with her.  They give out referral/information, then you do the leg work with her.  Or if its a mid size community the best bet is if the community has an elderly/disabled social worker you can invite to join you in meeting with her.

Many on here will say you are not  social worker, just boot her and leave it at that.  I can not treat people that way, so my advice is not the norm.  Take it for what its worth, but an elderly, disabled person, I cannot boot without knowing she has somewhere to go.
