Is MyHouseDeals.com a trustworthy and reliable site?

We are looking for a reliable, accountable, trustworthy, affordable, ambitious individual who is great at what they do and see's the big picture of being able to work on 10 - 15 + properties/year.

I am looking for trustworthy property management companies to interview in San Antonio, TX. 

I'm personally biased towards Cleveland, Ohio as I'm a resident and familiar with the area, but other midwest cities fit the description too.And his point about having trustworthy team members on the ground can't be repeated enough.

I am looking in the revitalization projects in San Antonio, TX near downtown San Antonio, and I need trustworthy General Contractors.I am retired U.S.

So it basically allows you to use the post office address with the # appended, so to many it will just look like a suite address.Edit:  I may have misread your post, if this is what you were asking already :)  To me, a street address w/ suite number appears more trustworthy than a PO Box.

I currently own several duplexes in the Crowley, TX area outside of Fort Worth but live in Central Texas (Waco); I am in need of a trust worthy handyman for various maintenance jobs on the duplexes.  

Their should be some type of system to weed out these types of listings and to have a vibrant ,active and trustworthy marketplace Any thought or success stories thru the marketplace?

I guess if you can find a good (and trustworthy) property management company or person your in luck especially if your real far away.

As much as we would love to believe that everyone is honest and trustworthy it just isn't the case.
