What is a clause I can use if I have already signed the purchase agreement but the numbers or physical dd doesn't pan out?

I bet over 80% who send out first batch and fail never do another ... as for us Californians its like those that got rich in the gold mining days.. they were the one's selling the pots and pans  :)  best of luck 

Most of the content is to buy our book which makes me more money blah blah, while doing a video from in front of a whiteboard without a lapel mic so the video sounds like they are coming from inside a box or tin can, and these guys are supposed to be multi-millionaire real estate geniuses and they can't afford a $100 lapel mic so they can be heard properly?

I'm now at #3 since the first two didn't pan out.

As Andrew says, sub2 deals are rare, amd you have a tin more options if you're going to be living in the home.

You'd need to either keep it as is or paint it to match the cupboards.I've seen a variety of things used successfully as a backsplash - tin ceiling tiles, laminate flooring, even sheet metal - my best advice would be to just take your colors to the store and see what you can find that will pull everything together.

Hoping it will pan out with a steady tenant of two.
