Make sure any other possible access point is sealed off.  

PE can overpower on home additions drawings your number and seal is recorded on tax records.

I'm leaning towards that solution with a solid (marble, etc) window ledge that is well sealed.

I buy mis tinted paints in light colors and use them as primer , mix them together and use them to seal the wood and get the walls an even color . then finish with semi gloss white .  

Also the roof has water leaks and the current accepted fix is to put kool seal on it to both reduce cost of power and fix the leak but im skeptical this is all it needs and am thinking the entire roof will need to be sealed with a new roof or roof cap to truly fix it and not just put a bandaid on it for the ceiling and dont know where to start with the walls but the lot is too much of a deal closer not to get it since even a new trailer would be worth it in this lot its just not an option right now. if the costs are going to be more then the acre private lot is worth please let me know.

In doing some internet research I came across a company called Radon Seal.

For exterior shots switch to a standard tripod.You still need some reliable information about odors, sounds, window seals, etc. 

Framing inspection comes after that and then we'll be sealing up the walls and tossing the siding on these bad boys!

The will start air-sealing Monday and I expect insulation will begin on Tuesday.

Kenneth,My wife and I lived out in York Harbor for years, beautiful state.Try a plastic barrel that actually seals, I have seen them with an o ring, hinge and clamp.This may keep the moisture out better than a metal bucket.
