Flooded houses can have mold or other contamination due to flood waters carrying raw sewage and chemicals.

But it is a very hard and demanding job and only 3% of agents do it well - and over 25 deals a year.And I am sorry if I step one part time agents toes here, but between regular homes, raw land, condos and new construction, etc etc if you dont do a signfificant volumue and learn from all these deals you may end up in a situation where your client knows more than you!

Ask how much estimated demolition costs are.This is raw land with the added cost of demolition.

My tongue is raw from biting it, and my wife is simply tired of hearing about it... since she's really the only one I talk to about this.

A 100k for 8500 sf seems very high for raw land, which is what your land is described as.
