Could be a good product, could be a bad product.

Looking into purchasing a vacation home and i just learned about different types of financing products and I'm curious what is the different between DSCR loan v second home/vacation home loan ? 

Looking for any feedback with their production. 

The VA loan is the greatest loan product available and can be an incredible way to start your RE journey (that is what I did personally). 

Hi Joel, if a conventional refinance is not an option there may be a less than 1.00 ratio DSCR product that would work.

That being said I’m Submetering a 5 unit currently and the biggest expense was the actual meters which my electrician directed us to the exact product he wanted and told us to buy it off EBay.

You can be pretty confident in your purchase with them once you are educated in their markets and rental product, AND your own due diligence (a must!).

@Nick Morello  I have a proctor account were I put all of my builders risk stuff... zurich has this product as well.... you just e mail them and address and boom your insured.. they charge by the month..
