The chances are it says the seller will still owe commission even if sold after it goes off MLS for a period of time (6 months to a year is common)Doesn't that normally only apply if the agent was the procuring cause?

The voting was pointless with this weird procedure as it enabled them to fix it, nobody had even heard of one of the candidates but she got 'voted in' by piggy backing on as the 3rd vote.Actually our president and vice President collected proxys and told everyone who to vote for whilst badmouthing 2 of the candidates, it's all a sham.A lot of questionable things happen but we feel powerless to do anything about it as you become a target for made up violatishame.
