Bank + Seller Financing?

My bank has agreed to let me finance 75% of the selling price with them. I’m wondering if it is possible or is anyone has had experience financing with a bank and also seller financing on the same offer. So for example in my case, I would have my bank finance 75% and would negotiate the seller to finance the remaining 25%. Any thoughts/advice?
