@Summer Carter I think its going to depend on what kind of assistance you need from a realtor. You can get a regular agent if you already understand the SA market and just need a good listing agent to sell your houses quick. But if you're new to the market and are looking to get someone on your team that understands the the investment side of RE and has GC and subcontractor referrals I would highly suggest getting an investor oriented Agent, preferably ones that invest themselves.
