I'm considering buying a vacant lot by using a master lease. 

I am planning a kitchen remodel and master bathroom addition in my fixer upper. 

I've been looking to master the sub2 method initially until I can move into other aspects of the sale.

Someone here on BP put together a master list of small banks, credit unions, and lenders, and I've created a decent network of fellow investors here in Cleveland, so I have a lot of people to work with.

I also plan to take on some buy & hold investing as well - down the road, but fixing and flipping is what I want to master first.

I was wondering if any has tried Paul Thompson’s master mind group?

Flipping and wholesaling are not the easiest startegies for starting out - both are active jobs (as opposed to an investment) and require a combination of different skills that need to be developed and take a long time to master.

Hello All,I know that Master Lease Options have been discussed a ton on here, but after searching endlessly I couldn't find anything addressing some specific concerns/questions I had so here it goes...The potential seller is a full time firefighter who has 3 very involved kids and is also a part owner of restaurants across the country with his brother. 

I know there are niche sites that cover some of these, but is there one master site that does the most? 

Owner would therefore face a large capital gains penalty upon selling the asset.Would it be possible/legal to execute a master lease option with a buyout that is intended to outlive the seller such that they can have fixed income for the remainder of their life, and such that their children can receive stepped basis by inheriting the asset that is already under contract (which was obviously written to be binding upon successor's and heirs).
