Hey Guy, Im currently in New Orleans, LA and Im looking for a Title Company that can help me close on real estate transaction.Can you guys refer some great title company to me? 

And, even if the tenant can afford it...which is a big "if"...he'll probably be resentful about it.I'm not in FL, but recently had this issue in New Orleans. 

Looking for a handyman to help with my 5+ doors in Nola. Don't want to pay my contractor for some items.

I live on the westbank of New Orleans. 

If anyone can share there input that would be great I’m Located in the new orleans are.

To be fair, I'm not as familiar with the other parishes as I am with Orleans parish.But what I've generally seen is the properties are certainly cheaper outside the metro areas, but the rents are a lot lower also.I know it's tempting but wait for the RIGHT deal. 

While she had her tendencies I will not mention due to fair housing she was an amazing person in her final years as she would come in every Saturday to have coffee with me and discuss life, the New Orleans Saints, and basketball.

I have physically managed assets ranging from Class D to Class A in New Orleans metro, Midland/Odessa, and Columbia, MO that have been conventional or student housing assets.

(I’m actually not far from the Indianapolis metro, but I started in a submarket of the New Orleans metro).
