To be fair, I'm not as familiar with the other parishes as I am with Orleans parish.But what I've generally seen is the properties are certainly cheaper outside the metro areas, but the rents are a lot lower also.I know it's tempting but wait for the RIGHT deal.

While she had her tendencies I will not mention due to fair housing she was an amazing person in her final years as she would come in every Saturday to have coffee with me and discuss life, the New Orleans Saints, and basketball.
