Hey @Mindy Nicol, yeah the others hit the nail on the head.FB marketplace is a big crazy place with TONS of looky loo's.

These experiential retailers not only fill large vacant spaces but also reinvent malls as entertainment destinations that can’t be matched online, paving the way for a reimagined retail experience.

I am currently planning to try to go to some local and online networking events to make some connections.

It does depend on a few things as you know like price, location, and the extra's like what's there like water. septic, electric etc.Do you have it posted on Facebook Marketplace and offered it to any agents or are you selling it solo? 

@Vincent Aiello - and for payment, do you utilize paypal or another online portal?

There are on line marketing experts out there specializing in real estate that could create an ongoing program making an agent well known in their market and getting lots of quality leads.

I'm certain they buy a template online or pay an overseas drafts person $2000, then charge $90K for minimal work.
