Other markets realize that we do not have bottomless pockets, and evictions are a necessity for a housing market to properly function.

It's going to be an interesting couple of years.....esp with the absolute necessities in life; monthly cell phone costs, Netflix, that auto pmt/lease & Whole Foods/Trader Joe groceries; costing way more than a months rent.

I personally think if it is going to be your personal home and you are currently renting the necessity to make every penny possible diminishes.

They now swear up and down about the necessity of hiring a third party PM.

Yet, some markets have still remained strong, particularly when focusing on the niche demographic of what's known in the industry as "renters by necessity".

It is not a necessity and it involves communal leisure and other common areas that previously weren't noticed as a risky. 

At the same time, please share your experience and your opinion in the necessity of hiring other professionals to my team, such as a lawyer or a broker per example. 

So BRRRR was on our mind for now, but wasn't a necessity. 

In my experience, you don't have to have a high-end facility in order to be competing in your market, the only necessity is demand.

It shows a lack of understanding of basic human nature to think you can just send checks to people out of thin air and that many of those people will use the money responsibly (if you define responsibly as catching up on your obligations and using the funds for necessities).
