With all the melt-down that is going on now, I have not heard of any scenarios where they have.

Therefore, I believe I average out to a SuperNewbie+.Some Advantages:I have bought and sold about 7 homes (purchased mainly to live in), and have made a limited number of real estate investments, the most complex of which was purchasing, sub-dividing, and developing a small land deal.Before the real estate market melted down into the fiery depths of hell, I owned and built a mortgage company from 1 employee to over 50, with offices in several States.

And finally, as this 2018 trade war melts down the stock market while raising consumer prices across the board, can you afford to wait to see if real estate softens, and your lower offer might get accepted as fear takes over our economy?

I too invest in Cape Coral, FL but it was my focus when it melted down in 2008.  

The recruiters started to melt into one, and I could eventually answer questions before they asked.

Early spring is great to with all the spring skiing but once the snow melts the bugs and mud definitely make it a less desirable area haha.
