There are so many O-L-D for sale signs up and down the interstates, that just sit for decades.

- Also there's a large elevated interstate within a quarter mile as well = fairly noisy environment.

I'm pretty convinced, but since we sold up in MA to invest in CA, my wife is leery of interstate investing, not knowing landlording laws etc in AZ.Any advise/experiences would be much appreciated.Andrew.

It was one of these complexes I called as a basis for my initial rent numbers.For commercial units, in the same town there really isn't anything that is higher than Class C but 20 minutes north or south on the interstate there are Class A and B office spaces.

I don't answer to emails or text, potential tenants need to speak to me by phone, I than tell them to drive by the property and if they are still intersted to give me a call to set an appointment, I than make the appointments all the same day and usually 3 out of 5 show.Wishing you success;)
