Making $ on scrub land
I've been browsing cheap land in the SW(Texas, NM, Ariz). There's not much around, but it's awfully cheap; some less than 1k/acre. I'm not looking to live there, but wouldn't mind having some to hunt on a few times a year.
Just curious, does anyone have experience with this type of land? Is it feasible to make $ with some combination of hunting lease/livestock lease/solar power/wind power, or other creative uses? Any thoughts are appreciated.
