Its all about getting the right team in place, once you got that, you can tackle any project, Also, check in with your state, they may have an additional program for first time owner occupants.

Before you go fishing, better check your bait and tackle box, pretty bad getting to a hot spot and finding out you don't have a hook or know how to tie a knot!
