Did you hear anything about the incident at the time it happened?

The incident happened last Friday night.

The reason why is if it was a bar (that will be his use), it carries one of the highest incident rates of being sued.

That became a new incident that will be in Phase 1, but should not effect the building because it occurred in far away corner of the yard.

Rented it out for five years now, with good tenants, and no incident.

I won’t tell you my own long story but I will tell you that in the incident I handled it did ultimately lead to eviction and $5000 in expenses between damage and repairs that I did not see till the tenant was out and weeks without rental fees.

This is great lesson for all landlords and sadly I had an incident like his.
