Single-family residence buy & hold investment in West Des Moines.

Purchase price: $116,350
Sale price: $147,500

Prairie Creek Villas: 2 bed; 1.5 bath; 1,301 sqft

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Wanted to buy first investment property. Love the DSM area; also live abroad and wanted to get something close to home.

Hi @E. Buck, welcome to BP. Is this something you just purchased to flip, or a recent sale?  Sounds like an ideal WDSM deal, if the rehab is/was minimal.
