I'd be happy to get you some rough terms to compare to other options that you have, but I also agree with Jay that you should be wary of just selling and loosing that equity that you've built up in the property.

Metro Atlanta, generally speaking, respective markets 30 to 45 minutes from the City, will be tight on cash flow unless you implement a creative investment strategy, such as short-term rentals, medium-term rentals, or rent-by-the-room properties, or allocate at least 30% to 35% towards your downpayment if you intend to hold the property as a long-term rental.

This should be able to be linked to a holding outside of Spain to transfer e.g. dividends, however, keep in mind that other countries will ask you to have substance there for them to approve the holding.
